Welcome to Van Life Freedom (#VLF) where we campaign for the fair treatment of van life people and our ability to use public parking places and be left alone to enjoy our nomadic lifestyle.
No matter if you’re a full time van lifer or someone who like to travel for holidays and weekend get-aways you’re welcome to join the campaign.
Our Van Lanlife Freedom is under attack from Councils across the country in places like Arundel Sussex, Moorcambe, The Drove, and many other places where people in vans of all types have historically enjoyed the freedom to park, stay overnight and to live peacefully and responsibly.
If you see a parking ban being implemented or hear about plans for a parking ban targeted at campervans and motorhomes, let us know about it, then make a complaint about the ban.The resources below can help you formulate a well thought through complaint letter to send and to make any relevant Freedom of Information Requests.The FOIRs can highlight where any assertions have been incorrectely made about the behaviour of van owners, the unsightlyness of our vans or even where they make the claim that van owners leave a mess behind.
